PRS Swamp Ash Special

The Swamp Ash Special comes with a solid swamp ash body, a bolt-on maple neck and a pair of Swamp Ash pickups for all the fat humbucking tones you'd expect from a PRS, while a Seymour Duncan Vintage rails in the middle position and a newly added 5-way blade switch offer a multitude of single coil sounds. This guitar is all about versatility.

PRS McCarty Soapbar

Product Description
The McCarty Soapbar features a pair of soapbar single coil pickups specially designed and voiced by Seymour Duncan to the specs of our R&D department. Some soapbars compromise strength to achieve certain goals; these pickups do not. They aren't humbuckers, but they sure sound good. With the definition, robustness and thick punch of the original soapbar single coils that defined the sound of both rock and roll and combo jazz guitars in the 50's and 60's.

The McCarty's wide-fat neck, thicker than standard mahogany body, maple top and nickel silver covered pickups give it a rich, singing sustain and vintage tone. It's thinner headstock, light vintage style tuners and one-piece stoptail bridge all pay homage to the tradition of classic electric guitars.
